Rob is Head of Design and Platform at Life Moments – a profit and purpose business enabling financial services firms to improve customer and commercial outcomes for its clients.
Working over 20 years in product development, his background specialises in front end code and user experience, managing design teams since 2008 and watching several past employees grow their careers to senior positions.
Rob’s earlier work produced apps generating hundreds of millions in annual turnover and won four publishing industry awards.
For the past 5 years Rob has operated at senior management level, covering a wider range of responsibilities including Product Management of a Digital Experience Platform (LifeHub), technical sales consultancy, and managing delivery of client products.
Rob is known for his grit and disciplined work ethic - finishing what he starts. For creating unique and holistic product visions, his broad understanding across research design and engineering functions, and for his supportive management style.
As a founding employee at Life Moments, he has helped grow the business from 4 to 24 people and delivered numerous products to clients in home buying, wealth, and sustainability spaces, aiding revenue growth almost every quarter since Life Moments began in 2018.
Rob’s biggest achievement at Life Moments is the design and product management of LifeHub, a Digital Experience Platform focussing on generating products for financial service firms.
He is passionate about fostering healthy business culture, with a particular interest in supporting neurodiversity in the workplace.
